Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Inspirational attitude and ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
- English proficiency in speaking, reading, comprehension, and writing.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry knowledge.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, use of hands, and reaching. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The role may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and requires the ability to operate a Brannock device.
