As a Nike Stores Retail District Director, you will lead a multi-store district of talent and develop the vision and business strategies that drive a selling culture, operations, customer satisfaction, profitability, and productivity in accordance with Nike's Brand philosophy and Consumer Direct Acceleration.

We are seeking a top-tier retail leader with a successful background managing a multi-store business in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with global impact. What you will work on

  • Directly lead Store Managers and own team and business results for the district.
  • Develop district budgets and forecasting plans supporting corporate retail initiatives.
  • Analyze business performance and build action plans to maximize profitability, efficiency, and growth.
  • Guide initiatives using consumer insights, marketplace trends, and feedback.
  • Influence district operations to achieve sales, service, customer satisfaction, profitability, safety, and operational goals.
  • Communicate and deliver rewards and recognition for stores within the district.

Who you will work with

You will partner with the Territory Senior Director of Stores, Territory HR, Talent Acquisition, and Loss Prevention teams to develop long-term strategies for store, district, and territory impact.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of retail management experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, diverse teams of 75 employees or greater.
  • Multi-unit retail operations experience or experience managing a high-volume business.
  • Extensive experience leading high-level customer service in a brand retailer.
  • Experience building, leading, and managing successful diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in retail operations, budgeting, planning, visual merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness and availability to travel, including overnight stays.
