Purpose / Mission
Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand, diligently executing store operations, and providing support and feedback to Retail Professionals.
Accountabilities
- Own store sales, KPI, and individual performance targets and use available resources to meet or exceed them.
- Identify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management.
- Role-model customer service and support team members in complex customer service situations.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and consistently demonstrate adidas Brand Attitude and Values.
- Use advanced category expertise to meet the needs of demanding customers.
- Guide and train selected team members on foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
- Process merchandise deliveries, replenish fixtures, and ensure the product offer is represented on the sales floor.
- Complete cash register transactions accurately and minimize loss.
- Perform store operations safely, effectively, and efficiently.
- Collaborate respectfully with team members and support them when needed.
- Complete applicable training and seek coaching and learning opportunities to improve performance.
Professional Background / Experience
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercially focused retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience, comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding, and first supervisor experience.
- Intermediate numeracy and literacy and advanced verbal communication skills.
- Preferably experience in apparel, fashion, footwear, or FMCG retail.
- Good command of oral and written English and Filipino.
