Retail Associate II

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Retail Associate II, internally titled Athlete, to join its Nike Direct retail team.

What You Will Work On

As a Nike Direct Athlete, you will provide world-class service to consumers using four service principles:

• Know: Build an authentic connection with consumers by getting to know them and guiding their journey.
• Equip: Equip consumers through product and service knowledge and expertise.
• Engage: Connect with consumers by inviting them to engage with Nike.
• Inspire: Create an emotional connection between consumers and Nike.

You will demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of store Athlete roles, including Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom. You will deliver excellent service and attention to consumers, assist with daily retail operations, develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates, support store events, and work varied hours and days to meet business needs.

Responsibilities may include operating the cash register, performing shipping and receiving duties, stocking the sales floor, cleaning, and building visual displays.

What You Bring

• Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.
• Able to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
• Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
