Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as an Athlete, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve consumers and help them discover products that inspire them to move, dream, and dare. You’ll build brand trust and loyalty in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment across store zones and consumer needs.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $18.00.
Committing to your hours of availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM of the store’s timezone. Overnight positions may work shifts between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Specific schedules vary by location, season, and business demands.
Retail Expected Hours
- Full Time: 32–40 hours per week
- Part Time: 14–29 hours per week
- Seasonal: Up to 40 hours per week based on business need
- Part Time Under: 5–15 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, based on store needs.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
