NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager, also referred to as an Assistant Head Coach, at the Nike Factory Store Tannersville in Tannersville, Pennsylvania.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead, coach, and inspire the team to deliver excellent customer experiences while supporting an inclusive and high-performing store environment. You will use your retail expertise to drive store growth strategies and build community partnerships.
Putting Your Best Foot Forward
- Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
- Three years of leadership experience
- Ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Experience using tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
What You're Responsible For
- Lead a team and keep store functions running seamlessly
- Attract, assess, and onboard future teammates
- Equip store employees with the tools needed for their daily responsibilities
- Lead store business results and critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, people leadership, and management
- Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom through visual merchandising and the sales floor
