Qualifications and requirements

• Consistently demonstrate competencies relative to the position.
• Excellent skills operating personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software.
• Knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs to support sound commercial decisions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships and maintain high performance standards.
• Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
• Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to travel domestically by car and air.
• Ability to work peak seasonal periods of 10–12 hours per day.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Four-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 18 months of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercially-focused retail environment, including at least 12 months of store management experience.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, reaching, operating a Brannock device, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
