Requirements
- Possess and consistently demonstrate the competencies required for the position.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Understand profit and loss statements and store KPIs to support sound commercial decisions.
- Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively and lead discussions with diverse groups.
- Work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
- Speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Travel domestically by car and air when required.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a four-year degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have experience managing a team.
- Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
Physical and work environment requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, use of hands, and reaching. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions, and the work environment usually has moderate noise.
