Qualifications and requirements

• Possess and consistently demonstrate competencies relevant to the position.
• Excellent skills operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs to support sound commercial decisions.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including leading discussions with diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
• Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.

• Willingness to travel domestically by car and air.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Four-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Physical and work requirements

The role may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise. Duties require frequent standing, walking, handling items, reaching, and communicating. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

The anticipated base pay range is $28.93–$43.39. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and role proficiency.
