Lace Up as a Nike Retail Associate / Athlete
As a Nike Retail Associate, known as Athletes, you bring the “Just Do It” mindset to life. You serve like a pro to help consumers discover products that inspire them to move, dream and dare. You work in the store to build brand trust and loyalty while contributing to a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
Committing to your hours of availability and maintaining flexibility within those hours is a core component of retail employment. Standard shifts are generally scheduled between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM in the store’s timezone. Specific schedules vary by location, season and business demands.
Retail Expected Hours
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Part-time: 8–38 hours per week

Qualifications
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays, based on store needs.
- Physical requirements may include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the UK by the proposed employment start date. NIKE cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
