You will manage an HR portfolio for the ERA (Energy & Real Assets) business line, covering approximately 450 employees worldwide, including around 200 in France.
ERA originates, advises on, structures and finances investment transactions in France and internationally, often involving real-asset collateral such as aircraft, ships and commercial real estate, as well as complex and structured loans.
As HR Manager, you will have global responsibility for your entire scope.
Main responsibilities
- Implement and lead the Human Resources policy for your scope in coordination with management and HR experts, including annual performance, promotion and compensation reviews, annual talent reviews, development plans, recruitment, training, and internal and international mobility.
- Globally coordinate HR matters with local HR teams in the various countries.
- Advise and support the executive committee and managers on business challenges related to team management and development, as well as organisational and business transformation projects.
- Identify the skills required for business evolution and deploy an organisation aligned with business ambitions.
- Anticipate skills and organisational needs in close cooperation with HR experts and within Group policy.
- Use HR indicators and people-data analyses to guide decisions.
- Actively contribute to cross-functional HR projects, including professional families and pay transparency.

This position is eligible for remote work under the conditions defined by the company agreement, based on mutual consent between the employee and manager and after a successful integration period. Profile
You hold a postgraduate degree or equivalent, preferably from a business school, university or Sciences Po. You have 6 to 15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager in a demanding, dynamic and matrix environment.
- Very good knowledge of employment law and industrial relations.
- Ability to negotiate and influence in an international and demanding environment.
- Strong cooperation, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Strategic vision and understanding of internal and external business challenges, combined with the ability to manage day-to-day operations.
- Autonomy, anticipation and adaptability.
- Ability to lead and coordinate stakeholders, implement HR policies and assertively defend a point of view.
- Fluency in English is essential.
