Crédit Agricole CIB is the corporate and investment bank of the Crédit Agricole group. The Information System & Risks IT department supports the quality, transformation and growth of CACIB's IT platforms and operations.

Team

Within the ICA department, you will join the ICA/SSF Business Line Unit, which provides IT support for Risk and Finance convergence activities for Crédit Agricole SA. You will report to the manager of the IT Support team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the operational condition of the assigned application portfolio.
• Manage software configuration across the technical environments of the shared information system zone.
• Advise users on application system usage.
• Support project teams and provide expertise on Kubernetes, Angular, S3, CFT, APIs and CI/CD environments.
• Manage a service center covering development, acceptance, testing and certification activities.
• Ensure configuration quality through the application of standards, methods and tools.
• Provide technical and application architecture expertise, including knowledge of information systems, performance and security.
• Coordinate with IT ecosystem stakeholders, ICA architects and production teams.
• Monitor operational activities including incidents, requests and problems.
• Participate in project and operations committees.
• Manage a portfolio of application evolution projects, including project management, prioritization, requirements, testing and related activities.
• Manage flow certification activities for the transport zone application and its contributing applications.
• Act as the first-level IT operations contact for business teams.
• Manage application improvement plans, obsolescence plans and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure the sustainability of the application portfolio through documentation and source availability.
• Produce indicators and materials for business teams and ICA.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent, preferably from an engineering school or university, specializing in information systems.
• At least 11 years of experience.
• Experience in IT support roles and an interest in Risk and Finance.
• Strong IT skills, including Kubernetes, Angular and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Functional banking experience in risk management, such as credit, counterparty, operational or market risk.
• Teamwork, communication, autonomy, initiative, rigor, empathy, leadership and strong written and persuasive communication skills.
• Operational English.

Location and working arrangements

The position is based in Guyancourt, France, at the SQY Park campus. Most positions are eligible for remote work under the company's agreement, subject to mutual agreement between the employee and manager and successful completion of the onboarding period.
