As part of the development of its activities, LCL is seeking a Private Branch Manager to support the Branch Director in the daily management of a branch.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development of a portfolio of clients whose assets require a high level of expertise.
- Facilitate the transmission of information to the Branch Director.
- Lead daily and weekly meetings with branch employees on behalf of the Branch Director.
- Ensure service quality within the branch.
- Ensure branch security and operational risk management.
- Represent LCL within the assigned branch area.
Success in this role may lead to broader responsibilities, supported by geographic mobility.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Banking qualification preferred.
- Experience managing a portfolio of wealth-management or upper-middle-market clients required.
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Strong sales experience.
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop employees.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Risk-management expertise.
- Teamwork, behavioral integrity, autonomy, rigor and organization.
