Responsable Consolidation H/F

You will lead the Consolidation Department within the Group Finance Division of the Corporate Center of Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance.

The Group Finance Division oversees the Group's entities, produces consolidated financial information, coordinates with the shareholder, regulators and auditors, and manages Group financing and refinancing.

Responsibilities

• Produce the CAPFM Group's quarterly consolidated accounts, including the consolidation scope and consolidation entries.
• Process major corporate transactions, including capital increases, acquisitions, disposals, mergers and goodwill.
• Manage the activity of the consolidation department.
• Lead the Consolidation professional community with subsidiaries and shareholder CAsa through consolidation instructions and training.
• Produce consolidated regulatory reporting.
• Monitor CAPFM Group holdings.
• Produce, validate and, where necessary, improve management and regulatory reporting.
• Help implement and improve procedures and management systems to rationalize and automate department tasks.
• Contribute to implementing CAsa's new Group consolidation tool, CORTEX.
• Contribute to developing a data culture and automating processes.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree, master's degree or equivalent.
• At least 11 years of experience.
• Expertise in accounting standards and banking accounting.
• Expertise in information systems and consolidation techniques.
• Methodical, rigorous and organized, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Curious, dynamic and adaptable, with the ability to propose improvements and take initiative.
• Regular professional use of English.
