Within the Fund Administration department, you will join the Financial Reporting team, responsible for producing and sending KIID/KID reports (Key Investor Information Documents). As a Financial Reporting Officer, you will oversee the production and monitoring of various reports and statistics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the setup of products subscribed by clients, including KIID, KID, EPT (European PRIIPS Template) and EMT (European MIFID Template).
- Producing, analysing and checking KIID, KID, EPT and EMT reports and service calculations.
- Communicating with internal departments, including Luxcellence, Legal, Commercial and IT, and external management companies.
- Responding to requests from auditors and internal and external clients.
- Producing and sending reports within statutory deadlines and client requirements for an assigned client portfolio.
- Participating in the overall activity related to these products and adapting processes to regulatory developments.
- Producing reports with a high standard of presentation and consistency.
- Contributing to the development of operating procedures.
- Participating in various projects, including client migrations and adapting the offering to regulatory developments.
Profile
- Student in Finance, Economics or Management, or studying for a bachelor's degree in Accounting in Belgium.
- Interest in investment funds and knowledge of financial instruments, particularly fund accounting and NAV/VNI/VL calculations.
- Analytical and writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
