Responsable Actuariat Inventaire et Réassurance chez CAMCA Assurance S.A. au Luxembourg H/F

Camca Assurance S.A., created in 1997 and based in Luxembourg, is a Non-Life insurance company and a subsidiary of Groupe CAMCA, itself a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Group.

Under the responsibility of the Head of Actuarial, you will manage the Inventory and Reinsurance team of two actuaries, overseeing their work and developing their skills.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and review technical provisions calculations under local standards and Solvency II Best Estimate.
• Lead and review SCR calculations under Pillar I and ORSA under Pillar II.
• Participate in regulatory reports, including actuarial reports, SFCR and RSR, for the entities.
• Participate in validation of the Partial Internal Model, including drafting the validation report.
• Contribute to reinsurance programme optimisation studies and price treaties.
• Prepare reporting, documentation and reports for committees.
• Contribute to working groups and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in actuarial science recognised by an actuarial institute in France, Luxembourg, Belgium or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience working on Non-Life insurance and reinsurance matters.
• Strong knowledge of reserving methods and Solvency II regulations.
• Ability to provide clear explanations of technical subjects to non-specialist stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an appreciation for teamwork.
• Initial management or team coordination experience is desirable.
