Reporting Team Manager - Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions H/F

You will join the Private Equity and Real Estate Solutions (PERES) department, which provides a comprehensive range of services to Private Equity, Real Estate, AIFM and GP funds.
As Reporting Team Manager, you will ensure the optimal operation of the Reporting activity, lead and supervise the team, and contribute to the development of the service.
Key responsibilities
- Implement priorities defined by management and set operational priorities, objectives and deadlines for the team.
- Monitor the quality and timeliness of work and achievement of objectives through KPIs.
- Provide technical support and expertise in accounting, consolidation and financial reporting.
- Plan and monitor audits in collaboration with other bank departments, clients and auditors.
- Allocate tasks, review team work and oversee the Reporting team’s activities in Ireland.
- Participate in client service reviews and audit post-mortems.
- Ensure service continuity, resource adequacy and escalation management.
- Report to management, communicate process and procedure changes, and act as an escalation point for clients.
- Motivate, train and develop employees, define objectives, assess results and participate in recruitment.
- Participate in cross-functional projects.
Profile
- Postgraduate degree in Audit, Accounting or Finance, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting and/or audit, preferably in Private Equity or Real Estate funds.
- Successful team management experience is required.
- Knowledge of investment funds, securities, accounting techniques, financial reporting standards, consolidation and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS Accounting Standards is required; US GAAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Organised, rigorous, detail-oriented, analytical and able to lead and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; reporting software knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluency in French and English is essential. German is an advantage.
As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide a Luxembourg criminal record certificate no. 3, or an equivalent document for non-residents, issued within the previous three months.
