What will I be doing?
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:
- Provide customers with an amazing experience, helping with sizes or styles, purchases, and returns.
- Set up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and the latest fashions, while keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom.
- Deliver a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
- Receive, unpack, and check off new deliveries, getting products onto the shop floor and ensuring they are correctly priced and meet high standards.

Compensation and equal opportunity
The starting base hourly rate for this role is $16.00. This role is eligible for a $0.50 increase at both 6 months and 1 year of continued employment at Primark. The pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s geographic region of work.
