What will I be doing?
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day.
- Provide customers with an amazing experience by helping with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns.
- Set up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and the latest fashions, while keeping the stockroom tidy and well-organized.
- Deliver a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
- Receive, unpack, and check off new deliveries, put products on the shop floor, and ensure they are correctly priced and meet high standards.
Who you are
- Passionate about people and creating amazing experiences.
- Honest and a strong communicator who can listen, share ideas, and get involved where needed.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with high motivation, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Interested in fashion and the latest looks.
- Ideally, some experience working within a busy retail environment.
Compensation and equal opportunity
The starting base hourly rate for this role is $16.00. This role is eligible for a $0.50 increase at both 6 months and 1 year of continued employment at Primark. The pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s geographic region of work.
