Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank is the corporate and investment bank of the Crédit Agricole group. Its Information System & Risks IT department designs, develops and maintains applications and systems supporting the bank's business activities in an international environment.

Role

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a Referent Technique / Transaction Regulatory Reporting H/F based in Montrouge.

Responsibilities

  • Support technical resources in achieving their objectives and help junior team members develop their skills.
  • Establish a trusted environment that encourages open communication, innovation, autonomy and continuous improvement.
  • Assist team members with technical and design challenges and participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
  • Lead the design and architecture strategy for the Transaction Reporting scope.
  • Define, produce and validate technical designs, and monitor technical implementation.
  • Ensure the quality, maintainability, scalability, performance and monitoring of implemented solutions.
  • Estimate development workloads and follow and validate technical deliveries.
  • Promote cloud-first solutions, AI and LLM coding assistants, Software Craftsmanship, Agile and SecDevOps practices.
  • Promote continuous improvement of software factories and proactive management of technical debt.

Team

The role sits within the Capital Markets IT department and the Data & Regulatory stream, supporting and evolving information systems for capital markets activities. Teams are located across Paris, London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent, preferably from an engineering school or university, specializing in information systems.
  • At least 11 years of experience.
  • Confirmed experience with distributed computing implementation, optimization, cache management or pricing issues in capital markets.
  • Strong IT skills with an interest in functional matters and strong knowledge of Agile methods.
  • Leadership, decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior resources and communicate clearly with varied audiences.
  • Operational English.
