Your role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support recruitment processes and help attract top talent while working with teams on projects across various industries.
Your responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze complex challenges and find efficient, innovative solutions.
- Support additional responsibilities as needed.
Your profile
- Passion for talent acquisition and human resources.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a plus.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Availability to start at the beginning of 2027.
- Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
