Tasks

Mercedes-Benz Group AG is one of the most successful automotive companies in the world. The Labour and Social Law department is part of the Human Resources division and provides employment and social law advice to HR functions across the Group, supports the Board on collective bargaining matters, and participates in personnel policy discussions and negotiations with employee representatives.

As part of your role, you will support the department's lawyers by preparing legal opinions on various questions of law and conducting targeted research. You may also participate in labour court negotiations and internal presentations. The compulsory internship as an elective or legal station can begin in October 2026 or by agreement.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed the first legal state examination
• Basic knowledge of employment and social law is advantageous
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills and pronounced social competence
• Ability to work independently on legal matters
