Purpose of the Scope

Serves as the strategic people partner to the Supply Chain Leadership Team, translating business priorities into people solutions that enable organizational performance and sustainable growth. The position partners with leaders and managers across Supply Chain functions to drive workforce planning, organization effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, capability building, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as the primary People Function partner to the Supply Chain Leadership Team; understand business priorities and translate business strategies into people plans and HR interventions.
  • Workforce Planning and Organization Design: Lead workforce planning, skills audits, capability-gap identification, organization design, restructuring initiatives, FTE tracking, succession planning, and talent pipeline development.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to attract and recruit talent, forecast resources, and support successful onboarding.
  • Performance and Talent Management: Lead performance management processes, coach leaders, facilitate talent reviews and development planning, and support the management of high performers and underperformers.
  • Learning and Capability Development: Identify capability-building priorities and collaborate with Learning and Development teams to deliver relevant learning solutions.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Advise on employee relations matters, grievances, investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, policy interpretation, and engagement initiatives.
  • Rewards and People Processes: Support managers with people-related policies and procedures and employee lifecycle processes, including transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and employee-impact monitoring.
  • HR Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, People Function standards, data privacy requirements, audits, the Code of Business Conduct, Life Saving Rules, and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience in HR positions, preferably in an FMCG organization.
  • Strong understanding and experience across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, staffing, and employment laws.
  • Strong communication, conflict-resolution, analytical, interpersonal, change-management, and people skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work with minimal supervision, demonstrate attention to detail, and remain calm and professional during uncertainty.
  • Discrete and trustworthy.
  • Myanmar language proficiency.
