Your role
You will join a strategic engineering team supporting the design, development, and delivery of modern cloud-native applications and digital solutions. Acting as a Senior Engineer, you will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and Architects to bridge the gap between architecture, design, and delivery, ensuring the successful implementation of scalable and secure solutions.
- Support end-to-end application development initiatives, from requirements analysis and solution design through implementation and go-live.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and contribute to technical decision-making across development teams.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of cloud-native applications, APIs, and microservices-based architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business-critical solutions.
- Support engineering teams in adopting DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and cloud technologies.
- Anticipate technical challenges, identify risks, and provide pragmatic solutions that support delivery goals.
- Act as a technical reference and knowledge carrier, supporting onboarding and ensuring continuity across teams.
- Promote modern software engineering practices with a practical, value-driven approach.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Strong technical background in TypeScript, React, and Golang.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, APIs, microservices, containerized solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Good understanding of API Gateway concepts, integration patterns, and secure application development principles.
- Solid experience supporting application development across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Pragmatic and hands-on mindset focused on delivering practical and effective solutions.
- Experience working with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders in agile environments.
- Proven project experience, technical decision-making ability, and delivery support skills.
- Ability to act as a knowledge carrier and mentor.
- Senior-level engineering experience and strong understanding of modern software development practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
