Tasks

Continuously develop and update QM ADAS release methodology, including validation strategy, release KPIs, processes, and tools, to address major use cases in the China market.
Evaluate and approve the quality and performance of ADAS functions in China in accordance with strategic projects.
Conduct QM risk assessments for the entire China ADAS feature development process, from concept through software development, pre-integration, vehicle integration, and final quality release.
Represent the QM perspective in EE maturity judgment rounds across different hierarchies.
Communicate and collaborate with other PLQT domains, PLQ MBOS, PLQ Vehicle, carline SPL, and relevant steering committees to establish transparency of project status and decisions.
Participate in technical discussions of new features and critical issue resolution procedures.
Strengthen information flow regarding new feature rollout plans and critical issue resolution status across management hierarchies.
Contribute to common team tasks, including vehicle technical preparation, vehicle management, and test plan preparation.

Qualifications

Master's degree in automotive engineering, computer science, vehicle engineering, automotive electronics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience at an OEM or supplier in ADAS or other E/E development or validation.
Passion for working with cars, infotainment, telematics, and OTA products.
Strong quality awareness and a commitment to continuous improvement, issue detection, and prudent root-cause analysis.
Broad knowledge of vehicle products and the automotive industry.
Solid knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture, infotainment and telematics systems, and automotive OTA updates.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Excellent driving skills; a Chinese driving license is mandatory.
Strong teamwork, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within China and abroad for test drives.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
