The team

The CEO Office team supports UKI business priorities by improving service delivery, account profitability, customer experience and loyalty through quality, assurance, service innovation and continuous improvement.

The team manages internal and external agreements, audits, new certifications and bespoke business projects. It also works on compliance, quality, accreditation and customer satisfaction.

The role

The Quality Analyst will drive improvement activities defined by the department head, including:

  • Customer experience and loyalty
  • Service delivery productivity and efficiency
  • Account quality improvements
  • Quality of service and service assurance
  • Initiation and progress of internal agreements
  • End-to-end management of document signatures
  • Other projects defined by the department head

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze operational information, including customer feedback, service performance KPIs, problems and issues, to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead or facilitate improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, customer experience and efficiency using Continuous Service Improvement processes and tools.
  • Work with service and account management teams to develop relationships and drive quality initiatives.
  • Apply Atos standards, methods and tools appropriately and effectively.
  • Produce high-standard documentation using required standards, methodologies and tools.
  • Analyze underlying issues, propose solutions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Consult software development, service support and other technical or process specialists as appropriate.
  • Support management with departmental and organizational strategic plans.

Desirable skills

  • Experience in Quality, Service Delivery or Project Management.
  • Excel experience, including pivot tables.
  • Security Clearance (SC).
  • High standard of written and verbal English.
  • Previous audit or ISO certification experience.
