- Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
- At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
- Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodations.

- Lead by example and deliver service in line with SOLE to bring the consumer journey to life.
- Make customers feel welcome, exceed their expectations, and care for their wants and needs.
- Demonstrate integrity, reliability, kindness, and professionalism.
- Operate a cash register; handle shipping, receiving, and stocking; clean; and build visual displays.
