About the role

Responsibilities and qualities

• Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
• Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations.
• Build relationships and work collaboratively with the team.
• Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, completed or in progress.
• Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Compensation and benefits

The anticipated base pay range is $17.51-$23.69. adidas offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, stock purchase plan, paid parental leave and paid holidays, subject to eligibility.
