Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
- Have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
- Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Physical requirements
The employee must regularly talk or hear and frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach, and lift or move up to 25 pounds. The employee may occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
Benefits and compensation
Eligible part-time employees may receive medical, prescription drug, vision, fertility, 401(k), stock purchase, education assistance, incentive, flexible time off, holiday premium pay, and employee discount benefits, subject to eligibility criteria. The anticipated base pay range is $16.15 - $21.00.
