We are looking for Store Associates who are:
- Creators: Find inspiration in unlikely places, bring unique perspectives, and connect ideas others may not see.
- Confident: Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and create an emotional connection as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
- Collaborators: Build relationships and work with the team toward a common goal.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
- High school diploma or GED, completed or in progress.
- Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Physical requirements
- Regularly talk or hear; frequently stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
- Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, plus the ability to adjust focus.
Benefits and compensation
Part-time employees may receive medical, prescription drug, vision, fertility, 401(k), stock purchase, education assistance, incentive, flexible time off, and holiday premium-pay benefits, subject to eligibility and hours worked.
The anticipated base pay range is $16.50–$21.45 per hour. Actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
