About the role
At adidas, we are looking for Store Associates who want to create what will be and share our desire to make a difference through sport. You will represent the adidas brand, exceed customer expectations, build customer connections, and collaborate with your team.
What we are looking for
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
- High school diploma or GED completed or in progress.
- Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
Physical requirements
The role requires regular communication, frequent standing, walking, hand use, and reaching. You may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. You must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
