Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
• High school diploma or GED, completed or in progress.
• Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, and perform other physical duties required in a retail environment.
• Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Benefits and compensation

Part-time employees may receive medical, prescription drug, vision, fertility, 401(k), stock purchase, education assistance, incentive, flexible time off, and holiday premium pay benefits depending on hours worked and eligibility. The anticipated base pay range is $18.00-$23.40, with actual pay based on experience, qualifications, skills, and competencies.
