Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
- Have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
- Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands, reach, and perform other physical activities required in a retail environment.
- Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Benefits and compensation
Part-time employees may receive medical, prescription drug, vision, fertility, 401(k), stock purchase, education assistance, incentive, flexible time off, and holiday premium-pay benefits depending on hours worked and eligibility.
The anticipated base pay range is $15.95 - $20.74. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
