P/T Retail Store Associate - American Dream, 6549, East Rutherford, NJ - 2026

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
• High school diploma or GED completed or in progress.
• Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Physical requirements

The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling, and communication. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The role also requires specific close, distance, color, and peripheral vision abilities.

Benefits and compensation

Part-time employees may receive medical, prescription drug, fertility, vision, 401(k), stock purchase, education assistance, incentive, flexible time off, and holiday premium pay benefits, depending on eligibility and hours worked.

The anticipated base pay range is $16.75–$21.78 per hour. Actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and role proficiency.
