Job description

Responsibilities

• Create an emotional connection with every customer by being a passionate and enthusiastic Adidas Brand ambassador.
• Build relationships and work with the team to achieve a common goal.
• Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Work part-time hours that vary based on business needs.
• Frequently stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations.
• Three to six months of retail experience preferred.
• Have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to talk or hear and perform physical duties including sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device.
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
