The Westin Tempe is looking for a part-time AM/PM Dishwasher to join its Culinary Department. AM/PM availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Position Responsibilities
A Dishwasher services guests in the restaurant and throughout the hotel in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner.
- Operate the dishwasher to properly clean dishes and cooking utensils used in the kitchen and restaurant.
- Scrub pots.
- Restock supplies in assigned areas.
- Perform general kitchen cleaning duties, including cleaning and mopping kitchen floors and removing trash.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen areas, the Team Member cafeteria, and the loading dock.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products.
- Clean unexpected spills and fulfill special guest requests as needed.

Performance Standards
Associates are expected to provide positive guest interactions, maintain professional work habits, follow hotel standards for dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance, adapt to changes, learn new skills, solve routine problems, and request help when needed.
Associates must follow Crescent safety and security policies, including procedures for key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and reporting hazards and safety concerns.
