Proxy Product Owner H/F

Within CA-GIP, Crédit Agricole Group's infrastructure and IT production division, the Proxy Product Owner acts as an intermediary between the development team and the Product Owner.

The role is responsible for qualifying client needs, translating requirements into user stories, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, coordinating with design, data, automation and business stakeholders, and working closely with the Tech Lead to assess feasibility, costs and technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and centralize client needs.
• Coordinate stakeholders during request qualification.
• Present project framing, epics, estimates and provisional planning to the Product Owner.
• Translate requirements and features into user stories.
• Maintain and update the product backlog.
• Manage and prioritize user stories according to product objectives and changing needs.
• Ensure the relevance and feasibility of proposed technical responses.
• Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders and remove blockers.

Profile

Postgraduate degree in Information Systems or equivalent, with at least six years of similar experience. Excellent communication, organizational and adaptability skills are required, along with the ability to propose solutions in an agile environment.
