Job description
Crédit Agricole Immobilier is a leader in institutional property management in France, supporting institutional clients across residential, office and commercial assets.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will oversee the operational, administrative, technical, legal and financial management of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets managed by Crédit Agricole Immobilier.
Main responsibilities
- Lead the management of a commercial real estate portfolio in accordance with contractual commitments, including invoice monitoring, payment reminders, contract amendments and renewals.
- Optimize building budgets by controlling expenditure and improving asset performance.
- Ensure tenant and client satisfaction through quality service and close relationships.
- Implement actions to maintain buildings properly and preserve their asset value.
- Regularly visit properties and meet tenants when necessary.
- Help prepare budget forecasts covering income, works, investments and charges, in collaboration with the technical manager.
- Monitor the recovery of service charges and rents in accordance with contractual deadlines.
- Analyze expenses and tax recharges or rebilling, including property, office and parking taxes.
- Monitor operational objectives and prepare client reporting.
Profile
You have higher education in real estate, law, management or an equivalent field, and successful initial experience as a Property Manager for commercial assets. A postgraduate degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of experience are required.
Technical skills include knowledge of real estate regulations, technical operating issues and building technical management. Autonomy, analytical ability, interpersonal skills, organization and teamwork are also required. Proficiency in Office 365 is expected; knowledge of ALTAIX is an advantage.
