Project Manager - Client Experience Transformation - Asset Servicing H/F

You will join the Client Success division's Business Management & Transformation team, based in France and Ireland, to lead client experience transformation projects and deploy customer satisfaction initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate actions related to the Group's strategic projects, including the client culture and practice development programme.
- Prepare and facilitate project meetings, coordinate contributors, run workshops and monitor progress.
- Prepare communications on topics affecting customer experience.
- Monitor and analyse customer satisfaction data, including RAG and NPS indicators, and work with Relationship Managers on CRM-based satisfaction tracking tools.
- Prepare presentations and briefing notes for executive and strategic committees.
- Propose automation of indicator monitoring by improving dashboards using Power BI and Power Query.
- Support the implementation of new activities and initiatives within the service.
- Contribute to the adoption of generative AI within the Client Success team, including reporting automation, drafting and analysis support, and identifying high-value use cases.
- Suggest process or system improvements and monitor trends in the field.
Profile
You have 6 to 10 years of confirmed project management experience in client service, business management or transformation support, ideally within asset servicing, financial services or consulting. You have strong knowledge of asset servicing activities and a strong customer focus.
You regularly use generative AI tools for drafting, summarising and data analysis, and can identify and deploy practical use cases. You have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI and Power Query are advantageous. Knowledge of at least one CRM tool is required. Fluency in English is required for predominantly English-language exchanges and written work in an international team.
Contract and benefits
This fixed-term contract starts in September 2026 and lasts approximately eight months. The position is based in Montrouge, France, with up to 84 remote-working days per year.
