We are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) with French to join our international Project and Program Management team.
As a PMO, you will support the successful delivery of complex projects and programs by ensuring effective governance, planning, reporting, financial tracking, and coordination across multiple stakeholders. Working closely with Program Managers and Project Managers, you will contribute to delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Work Location: Timisoara, Romania
Work Model: On-site. Regular presence in the office is mandatory.
Key responsibilities
- Support Project and Program Managers in the planning and execution of projects.
- Maintain project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with Atos methodologies.
- Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and governance materials.
- Track project financials, budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.
- Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
- Coordinate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and action plans.
- Support demand management, procurement activities, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function.
Required skills and experience
- Previous experience in a PMO, Project Coordinator, Project Support, Program Support, or similar role.
- Good understanding of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
- Experience with project reporting and governance activities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar solutions is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
Language requirements
- French: Minimum B2/C1 level
- English: B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
- Previous experience within IT Services, Digital Transformation, Infrastructure, Cloud, or Managed Services environments.
- Financial reporting and budgeting exposure.
