We are looking for a Project Management IT Specialist to join our PT/TVT Transformation Team. In this role, you will lead major IT programs and projects spanning development, production, and after-sales, including technology transformation initiatives such as Mainframe Exit, product projects such as VAN.xA, and plant ramp-ups.

Our team

You will join a team of up to 15 working in an interdisciplinary, cross-location, and cross-departmental manner. Our work mode is hybrid: mobile and flexible, while we also value direct and personal communication on-site at all VAN plants.

Your responsibilities

Lead major IT programs and projects across development, production, and sales
Drive technology transformation initiatives, including mainframe exit, and product-related projects such as VAN.xA, CKD/SKD projects, and plant ramp-ups
Ensure timely delivery of complex IT solutions while balancing strategic and operational priorities
Manage project time, scope, risks, resources, organisation, stakeholders, cost, and quality
Analyze and communicate complex business and IT processes to bridge technical and business requirements
Take responsibility for finding solutions to complex problems, including beyond your immediate area of responsibility
Provide technical leadership and coaching for IT work packages where necessary
Present and represent project results and strategic decisions in cross-departmental committees

Qualifications

Several years of experience in IT project management
Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills
Ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively across all levels
Process understanding and the ability to grasp and communicate complex dependencies
Proactive, self-organized working style and willingness to take responsibility for finding solutions
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Willingness to undertake occasional short-term travel within Europe and beyond
Degree in IT or technical studies, or an equivalent qualification
Business-fluent English required; German and Spanish are a plus
