Tasks

Objective of Job: EE Upgrade Project

  • Define logistics timelines and key milestones for EE upgrade projects in alignment with internal teams.
  • Track EE parts logistics status and implement risk management throughout the process.
  • Manage EE parts sourcing in coordination with BTVs and relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with German counterparts to ensure accurate parts ordering and on-time shipment.
  • Ensure timely parts availability through coordination with E2E.

TA/TS Project

  • Define TA/TS BoM with testing engineers and BBAC users based on testing needs.
  • Track project timelines and parts ordering status for ongoing carlines.
  • Work with BBAC BVA, P&S, and production teams on demand planning, contracts, and handovers.
  • Coordinate with RD, BBAC, warehouse, and import/export teams to track testing progress and ensure timely parts availability.

Prototype Procurement

  • Develop and optimize a comprehensive logistics network and supply chain strategy for prototype procurement.
  • Analyze RD China business requirements and provide purchasing support for complex, technically driven issues in collaboration with engineers.
  • Lead supplier contracting and negotiations and manage delivery tracking to ensure timely execution of RD China development and testing projects.

Supply Chain Digitalization

  • Drive TATS business digitalization from concept to final release.
  • Manage change requests for system optimization.

Process Optimization

  • Continuously improve supply chain performance.
  • Optimize processes, systems, and supplier KPIs.

Cross-functional Project

  • Drive complex purchasing strategy and ensure cost reduction targets.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Prepare management reports and E2E3 governance reports.
  • Manage supplier steering and cooperation.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of work experience in purchasing or financial areas in the automotive industry.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle development processes; technical knowledge of vehicle structure and BoM structure is beneficial.
  • Profound understanding of prototype logistics and general supply chain processes.
  • Good communication skills and a logical mindset.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, motivation for continuous improvement, and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong collaborative spirit and adaptability to changing demands.
  • English and Chinese language skills; German is an advantage.
