We are looking for a Project Lead to ensure the continuity of ongoing projects and activities as part of a maternity-leave replacement within CACEIS's Business Management & Transformation team in the Client Success division.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the deployment of strategic project actions across the group's entities.
- Contribute to the adoption of generative AI within the team, including reporting automation, drafting and analysis support, and identifying valuable use cases.
- Organize and lead coordination meetings and workshops.
- Review and translate incident-management communications and post-incident reports from English into French.
- Process and analyze client-satisfaction data, including RAG and NPS indicators.
- Build and develop dashboards using Power BI and Power Query.
- Prepare high-value presentations, dashboards and oral presentations for executive and strategic committees.
- Monitor client relationships with Relationship Managers, particularly regarding client-satisfaction tracking tools and CRM.
- Support the implementation of new activities, recommend process or system changes, and monitor trends in the field.
Profile and skills
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent, ideally specializing in finance, management, data or customer relations.
- 6–10 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of an asset servicer or financial institution.
- Regular use of generative AI tools and ability to deploy concrete use cases.
- Analytical, organized, adaptable and client-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with varied stakeholders, including senior management.
- Fluent English and French.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI and Power Query skills; knowledge of CRM tools.
