Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder projects and programs within a dynamic and regulated Life Sciences environment. Working with a high degree of independence, you will provide strategic direction, ensure cross-project alignment, and drive the successful execution of critical initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and programs independently, with full accountability for scope, timeline, budget, resources, and quality of delivery.
- Define, structure, and drive integrated project and program plans, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Maintain oversight of interdependencies between projects and align them with business priorities and strategic objectives.
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and capacity allocation across cross-functional teams.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and resolve complex issues proactively.
- Ensure timely, high-quality execution of critical initiatives in regulated Life Sciences environments.
- Optimize project and program governance and contribute to scalable process improvements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers when applicable.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in project and/or program management, with proven subject-matter expertise and a strong delivery track record.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programs, ideally in the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- Advanced mastery of project and program management methodologies, tools, and governance models.
- Strong leadership, influencing, communication, budget management, resource planning, and cross-functional execution skills.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP principles, and regulatory constraints.
- Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
- Strategic, proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
