Tasks
- Prepare a strategy for productivity development across the entire plant over a 3–5 year period.
- Own the plant productivity strategy and ensure alignment with long-term business and manufacturing objectives.
- Build, lead, develop and support the PEW team by fostering high performance, employee engagement and continuous improvement.
- Ensure transparency in productivity and cost performance while defining productivity development in a digital environment supported by artificial intelligence.
- Derive KPI targets based on long-term strategy in alignment with plant management and the central team.
- Analyze, visualize and communicate productivity KPIs to identify efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Support improvement initiatives that contribute to plant and production area objectives.
- Collaborate across departments and plants to achieve KPI targets through knowledge sharing and best-practice deployment.
- Translate company strategy and business objectives into measurable operational targets and development initiatives.
- Develop, manage, monitor and report budgets, including cost forecasting and resource utilization efficiency.
- Design and continuously develop a Performance Management system integrating operational, financial and strategic targets.
- Conduct benchmarking analyses and identify innovative solutions and best practices that enhance plant productivity and competitiveness.
- Advise and challenge plant leadership on productivity improvement, cost efficiency, production capacity planning and operational development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to understand and manage complex systems and processes.
- Strong interest in digitalization and AI-supported analytics.
- Global network relationships and the ability to work in diverse, intercultural projects.
- High commitment, initiative and ownership, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team orientation, empowerment and cross-functional collaboration mindset, with flexibility in a dynamic business environment.
- Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills.
