Internship- Factory Planning

Tasks

• Supporting project coordination and reporting activities
• Access coordination for external suppliers and others (ZUBAS, etc.)
• Assisting in the preparation and review of planning documents and presentations
• Supporting data collection, analysis, and documentation
• Participating in project meetings and following up on action items
• Supporting communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Education

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree; Industrial Engineering would be an advantage
• Basic understanding of organisational structures

Skills

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication skills
• Presentation skills to support management presentation preparation
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support workshops

Other Requirements

• Accuracy and attention to detail when working with data
• Motivation to learn and understand
• Proactive attitude and willingness to support
• Good command of English and Polish
