Production Engineer – Production Systems & Data

As a Production Engineer – Production Systems & Data, you will be responsible for ensuring stable operation and further development of production systems by integrating production, processes and IT.

Your role will focus on end-to-end process analysis, system issue identification and implementation of improvements to enhance the efficiency, quality and reliability of production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in projects related to production system development and ramp-up of production.
• Monitor production systems performance and ensure stable system operation.
• Analyze system data and interpret results to improve performance.
• Analyze end-to-end production processes and align systems with operational needs.
• Identify system and process issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support implementation of system changes and validate results in production.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and efficiency improvements.
• Provide operational support in solving system-related production issues.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering and Quality stakeholders in the development of systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, such as Manufacturing, Mechanical, Automation, IT or a related field.
• Experience in a production environment, including processes and production lines; automotive experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of IT systems supporting production.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project environments.
• Very good knowledge of English.
