Product Manager - Digital Currencies H/F

The Digital Assets Department is responsible for deploying digital asset offerings within CACEIS and contributing to Crédit Agricole Group initiatives in this field. The Digital Currencies team manages CACEIS's issuance of digital tokens on behalf of the Group, monitors participation in token issuance consortia and contributes to the PONTES project to create digital currency for the central bank.

Main responsibilities

• Monitor the market using field feedback and available data to identify priority actions.
• Identify use cases and propose a strategic vision aligned with business objectives and customer value creation.
• Organize the roadmaps for the various projects.
• Lead project execution in coordination with IT teams, control functions and business teams.
• In coordination with the Execution to Custody team, organize and coordinate the roles of external participants, including exchanges and market makers.
• Measure project results and iterate with other functions to improve product relevance.

Additional responsibilities

• Represent CACEIS in industry groups dealing with tokenized settlement assets.
• Maintain ongoing coordination with other Crédit Agricole entities involved in digital settlement assets, particularly CACIB.
• Where applicable, represent CACEIS before regulators.
• Where applicable, represent CACEIS within tokenized settlement asset issuance consortia.

Profile

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent, with a specialization in Finance.
• More than five years of experience in banking or consulting; minimum experience level of 6–10 years.
• Ability to engage with senior management, boards, auditors and supervisors.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital financial products and asset servicing.
• Strategic vision and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Integrity, curiosity, independence of mind, commitment and rigor.
• Fluent English required.
