Tasks

Supporting the tendering process by collecting required documents, preparing summary analyses, and coordinating communications with suppliers.
Maintaining, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of the supplier database to support procurement activities and compliance requirements.
Supporting process improvement and automation initiatives through Power Automate, Power BI and related tools by helping streamline workflows, develop basic automations, and create visual reports that support decision-making.

Qualifications

6-12 months internship
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Eager to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
