What You Will Do

Develop and optimize flashing, commissioning, and testing sequences for Mercedes-Benz Vans.
Implement and support Mercedes-Benz E/E diagnostic standards and production testing processes.
Create automated diagnostic and testing solutions.
Analyze and resolve software, communication, and testing-related issues during vehicle production.
Work closely with Production, Development, Quality, and IT teams to introduce new technologies into series production.
Drive continuous improvement of vehicle diagnostics, flashing, and testing processes.
Prepare and present the status of planning activities to various stakeholders.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience in software development, diagnostics, testing systems, industrial IT, automation, or automotive engineering.
General programming skills, such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest in vehicle electronics, software, diagnostics, and modern technologies.
Availability for occasional international business travel.
Fluent Polish and English.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of CAN, Ethernet, UDS, or DoIP communication protocols.
Experience with vehicle diagnostics, flashing, commissioning, or automated testing solutions.
German language skills.

Your Impact

You will help define how future Mercedes-Benz Vans are tested, flashed, commissioned, and prepared for delivery, directly influencing production quality and manufacturing standards across the global Mercedes-Benz network.
